What is a Leading?

Welcome

  Dear Friends— Welcome to the Gila Friends Meeting Quaker education blog.   That’s a mouthful, but what we plan is really pretty simple:   a convenient place for us to exchange ideas about what it means to us to live a life guided by Quaker principles. The purpose of this blog is to help us to: Deepen our Quaker practice, Keep the Gila Friends connected during these often isolating times, and Provide outreach to others who might be interested in the ideas of Friends. The creators of this blog are:   Kristina Kenegos and Sandra Purnell. We will introduce ourselves more fully in the future.   For now, just know that Kristina is a long-standing Quaker and a member of Gila Friends Meeting;   Sandra is a searcher who has been interested in Quaker thinking since encountering the AFSC during the Vietnam Era.
